Thanksgiving Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2lbs ground beef
1 box of turkey stuffing mix
1 onion
2 ribs of celery
2 eggs
1 can of cranberry sauce
1 cup of chicken stock.

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, stuffing mix, one grated onion, two finely chopped ribs of celery, 1 cup of chicken stock and two large eggs and mix thoroughly but gently.
  • Pour into baking dish and pat down into shape.
  • Create a hole for the size of jar you would like to use.
  • Insert jar and place an oven at 350° for one hour.
  • In a blender, liquefy one can of cranberry sauce.
  • Remove meatloaf, and pour cranberry glaze directly on top of meatloaf and place back into the oven and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and gently pull jar slightly to allow grease to be sucked up into jar.
  • Cool and enjoy
