Ingredients
2 cups beans
4 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 cups ham
Smoked pork neck
5 cups Chicken stock
4 cups collard greens
Directions
Wash beans and place into crockpot with 4 tablespoons of butter garlic onion ham and smoked pork neck. Cover with stock and
seasoning. Cook on high for 5 hours. Add washed and cut collard greens and cook for 1 more hour. Then
Cool. Remove necks to debone. Add meat back into crockpot and serve.
