Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion
4 Idaho potatoes
2 small cream of mushroom cans
1 bag frozen Peas
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup lays potato chips
3 garlic cloves

Seasonings

1tbs beef bullion
1tbs black pepper
1tbs Italian seasoning
1tbs garlic Powder

Directions:

Chop onion garlic and sauté in a skillet with ground beef and seasoning until browned. Thinly slice potatoes and layer 1/3 in the bottom of crockpot. Add half meat mixture, frozen peas and pour in one can of cream of mushroom gently spread, but do not mix.layer more potatoes and rest of meat mixture peas then top with remaining potatoes. Add second can of cream of mushroom spread evenly cook on high for four hours. top with 2 cups of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of smashed chips then place in a preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
