Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
2 Idaho potatoes
1/2 yellow onion
1 bag of Frozen peas and carrots
2 cans of cream of chicken
1 cup of heavy cream
Directions:
- Cut up two chicken breast into to one inch cubes and place at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Cube 2 Idaho potatoes and place on top of chicken.
- Dice half a yellow onion place on top of potatoes.
- Poor in one bag of frozen peas and carrots.
- Dump in two cans of cream of chicken and one cup heavy cream spread that on the top, but do not mix.
- Cover and place on high for four hours.
- Place pop biscuits on top and transfer to a 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
