Ingredients:

2 lb chuck roast
4 Idaho potatoes
4 carrots
3 corn on the cob
Large pack of white mushrooms
1 white onion
5 gloves of garlic
2 packs Ajou gravy
12 oz beer
1/4 cup buttermilk
4tbs butter

Directions

Toss dried chuck roast into pot with peeled, cleaned vegetables. pour in two packs of gravy, and one can of beer or broth. Set on high for five hours. Let rest. Remove potatoes and mash with butter and buttermilk. Serve and enjoy.
