Easy Brisket Flautas Recipe

Ingredients:

About 2lbs of brisket
Dry rub of choice
1/4 cup Honey mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Red Wine
Raw flour tortillas
Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

  1. Pat brisket dry and cover in mustard then dry rub and make sure to coat thoroughly.
  2. Place brisket in your crockpot and poke holes throughout.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and red wine.
  4. Cover on low for 8 hours.
  5. Fill raw tortilla with cooked brisket and cheese and roll tightly.
  6. Deep fry all sides until crispy and golden brown about 4 minutes each side.
  7. Top with choice of garnishes and enjoy!
