Ingredients:
2 tbs Olive Oil
2 Chicken Breast
4 Idaho Potatoes
1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
1/2 of Milk
1/2 Block Cream Cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbs Fresh Parsley
Instructions:
- Cube potatoes and place in bottom of crockpot
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika & toss lightly
- Cube Chicken breast and add Italian seasoning and powder butter and add on top of potatoes
- Add in 1/2 cup of garlic parmesan sauce and 1/2 cup of milk and lightly stir
- Place 1/2 block of cubed cream cheese directly on top with 1 cup of parmesan cheese
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours
- After 3 hours open crockpot and mix everything together top it with 1 cup of monterey jack cheese and cook for 1 more hour
- Let cool for 20 minutes
- Garnish with 1tbs of fresh parsley and enjoy!
