Ingredients:
1 package of lemon poppyseed muffin mix
2 boxes lemon pudding Jell-O
4 cups milk
1 stick of butter
1 lemon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
Directions for pudding:
Pour Jell-O packets into pot add cold milk and mix until thick and pudding is set. Pour muffin mix right on top and spread around evenly. Melt butter and pour over muffin mix do not stir! set crockpot on high and cook for 3 1/2 hours cool and refrigerate.
Directions for candied lemons:
In a sauce pan on medium heat add one cup of sugar 1 cup of water add thinly sliced lemons cook 45 minutes then transfer to parchment paper.
