Ingredients:
2lbs Beef chuck roast
2lbs Beef shank centers
1 onion
1 garlic
2 tomato’s
Seasonings:
4 Chili California
4 Chili guajillo
4 Chili de arbol
2 Bay leaves
3 chicken bullion cubes
1 tbs each of the following:
Whole black pepper
Garlic powder
Cumin
Chipotle powder
Paprika
Oregano
Directions:
- Cube meat and place in crockpot with onion and garlic cover with water.
- De stem and seed chilies place on top with all seasonings cook on high for three hours.
- To a blender add tomatoes, aromatics and three cups broth blend well.
- Pour mixture over meat stir and cook additional 4 hours.
- Let cool and enjoy with tacos, quesadillas and more!
