  • 1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups (710 ml) whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet or frying pan, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat. Break up the sausage into small crumbles using a wooden spoon or spatula. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
